My Story

Hi, I’m Sandra Vesterstein, founder of Pure Potential Coaching. After more than 20 years in business and coaching, I’m excited to bring new inspiration to clients like you. Through my signature Hybrid Coaching™ style and energy, I know I can help you navigate life more effectively by improving your communication and aligning your behaviors with your values!

My aim is to nurture an effortless stream of balance and success in your life. With a warm and direct approach and an encouraging style, I will inspire and enable you to achieve greater personal fulfillment.

I began coaching when I owned a retail business in Minnesota. My employees were my first clients. With my guidance, they drove my company to new heights of success. While I applied my business and coaching skills in the wholesale and telecommunications industries, my true passion is coaching.

Since 1999, Pure Potential Coaching has been my main focus, assisting individuals and families as well as clients in business, healthcare, athletics, corrections and education. My office in Burlington, Vermont provides a place to meet with people from across New England and Montreal. However, you and I can also achieve results via conference calls, so wherever you live, I’m available to co-create your success!

My intuition and unique suite of holistic methods accelerates personal and professional growth more rapidly than traditional coaching. Together, we can remap your mind for success so you can lead a fuller, more satisfying life!
